Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Wild + Blossom Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

 

Returns

Items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags still attached. Returns must be free of odors, stains (including food, makeup, deodorant, etc.), and pet hair to be accepted. Returns received beyond 14 days will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To initiate a return please click here 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be made for the same item but in a different size. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange the item must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags still attached. Exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements as returns. Once the exchange is approved, we will ship out the requested size. If the item is no longer in stock, you will receive store credit. Exchanges received after 14 days will not be accepted. Free Returns & Exchanges

If you purchased return coverage at checkout, a prepaid return label will be provided when you initiate your return or exchange through the link above. If you did not purchase coverage, you will still begin the return or exchange process using the same link, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

 

Wrong Item Received

We're sorry if you've received the wrong item- we want to make it right as quickly as possible! If you received an incorrect item, please email us at support@wildandblossom.com within 3 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item you received along with a description of the item you are missing. Once your request is submitted, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and send out the correct item. If the correct item is no longer available, you’ll receive store credit for the item.

 

Defective Items

All defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. You can email us at support@wildandblossom.com with a description and image of the issues and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

 

Final Sale Items

All accessories including hats, bags, and jewelry along with bodysuits and items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS AND FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
