Shipping Policy
While we try to ship orders the same day they are placed, most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update.
We offer a $6.95 flat rate shipping or Free Shipping over $150 anywhere in the US which typically takes 3–8 business days once your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Notice: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping info provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel it. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We’ll contact you via email if this occurs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wild & Blossom Clothing, LLC. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages —but we will work with you to try and locate your package. To avoid any issues, we highly recommend shipping your items to a secure location and purchasing package protection at checkout. If your package appears lost or has not been delivered as expected, you may file a claim with USPS here. Please note that once a package has left our facility, we are not able to issue refunds or store credit for missing shipments unless package protection was purchased.
Package Protection
For added peace of mind, we offer optional package protection at checkout for a small fee. This protection covers lost or stolen packages and ensures you're eligible for a replacement if something goes wrong during transit. If you need to submit a claim you can file it here
